PTEM Structural Intelligence Engine — Licensing
Licensing depends on basin scope, horizon of interest (event-scale sequences, climatology-scale Structural Regime Index (SRI v1), or both), and integration depth. All engagements are paired with validation artifacts, manifests, and governance documentation suitable for model-risk review.
PTEM is licensed as governed structural infrastructure, not as a retail forecast product. All tiers may include climatology-scale access to the Structural Regime Index (SRI v1) and Structural Regime Signals (SRS v1) (year-level only, non-invertible), suitable for catalogue benchmarking and non-stationarity monitoring.
No retail plans. Access is limited to institutional risk owners and their direct modelling partners.
All agreements include: validation documentation, audit support, and guardrails on how PTEM outputs can be combined with other models.
Evaluation includes
- Validation scorecards, manifests, and receipts
- Read-only inspection access (GUS) to confirm freeze discipline
- Governed SDK/API access for structural sequences
- Technical workshop on methodology and guardrails
- Cross-basin transfer scorecards (cross-threshold + diagonal)
Evaluation windows remain bounded so progress is tied to the predefined checkpoints rather than open-ended research.

Pilot / Research Access
Prove-out phase for one program or region
Short, tightly scoped access to the validated PTEM structural engine for a single basin (Atlantic validated; Eastern Pacific (EPAC) transfer diagnostics available), program, or research initiative.
- Read-only access to validation scorecards and structural metrics on the frozen Atlantic v1.2 structural record (1851–2024)
- Cross-basin transfer scorecards (cross-threshold + diagonal transfer), derived from frozen spines
- Access to governed structural sequences and readiness channels via the enterprise SDK
- Event-scale structural sequences and regime diagnostics derived from the frozen validation harness (optional live-basin runs by mutual agreement)
- SRI v1 + Structural Regime Signals (SRS v1) + SRS Derived Views pack (year-level, non-invertible) including robustness metadata and freeze manifests
- Technical workshop with PTEM Labs on methodology, validation harness, and guardrails
- Evaluation license only – no redistribution or embedding

Operational license for carriers, reinsurers, and funds that want PTEM signals in their active risk decision workflows.
- Full-season access for one basin with governed operational structural feeds, built from the validated PTEM engine
- Coverage-grade validation pack and audit-ready documentation
- Programmatic access via the enterprise SDK to governed structural metrics and readiness channels (e.g., high-coherence locks, flux-momentum energy spikes, pressure-lock monitors, composite indices, R(t) streams)
